Bio

Laurie R. King

Laurie King was born in California, and went on to earn a BA in comparative religion and an MA in Old Testament Theology. More recently, she was given an honorary doctorate from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific.

She has briefly lived on five different continents, but currently makes her home in northern California. She is married to an Anglo-Indian professor, and they have two grown children.
