Tami Hoag

Bio

Tami Hoag

Tami is originally from a small town in southeastern Minnesota, where she grew up, went to school, met and married her high school sweetheart.

Tami never went to college, but that didn't seem to hold her back. She held a variety of jobs before finally making her living as a writer, including horse trainer, clerk/typist and designer toilet seats salesperson.

In 1988, her work started being published. She was a successful romance novel author for a number of years before making the transition to suspense/mystery novels. Five of her suspense novels were featured on the New York Times bestselling list in only twenty months.

She currently lives in Charlottesville, Virginia with her husband, horses, dog and several cats.
