Nancy J. Cohen
Bio
Nancy J. Cohen earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester and a Master's degree from the University of California (in San Francisco). She went on to work as a clinical nurse specialist for serveral years, but gave it up to write full-time. She started writing romance novels (as Nancy Kane), but later moved on to mystery novels. Her cozy series features beauty salon owner Marla Shore and is set in South Florida.
Nancy is a member of the Mystery Writers of America, Sisters in Crime, Romance Writers of America, Novelists, Inc., and The Author's Guild. She's written numerous published articles and has been a featured speaker at a variety of events. According to her website, when not writing, she enjoys dining at different restaurants, travelling, outlet shopping, and schmoozing with fellow writers.
She lives in Florida with her husband and a miniature poodle named Misty.
