Lee Child
Bio
Lee Child was born in 1954 in Coventry, England. He attended law school in Sheffield, and went on to work as a presentation director at Granada Television for 18 years. In 1995, he found himself out of work due to corporate restructuring. He took this opportunity to begin writing a novel, which turned out to be Killing Floor.
Lee divides his time between his apartment in Manhattan and his country home in France. When not working or traveling, he enjoys reading, listening to music, and watching sports. He is married and has one daughter.
