Cynthia Baxter
Bio
Cynthia Baxter is the author of the Reigning Cats and Dogs series that combines mystery, romance, and humor along with another one of her passions: animals. Her main character is veterinarian and amateur sleuth Jessica Popper.
Cynthia is a native of Long Island, New York, and currently lives on the North Shore.
